Traffic Violations

A feature that allows users to view and pay traffic fines linked to their national ID directly through Urpay

Dashboard

Located in the Services section of the Urpay dashboard

Violations Page

After selecting Traffic Violations, users are taken to the Violations page where any existing fines are displayed

Violations Selection

Users can select one, multiple, or all violations to pay. The action button updates dynamically to show the number of selected violations and the total amount

Find Violations

The magnifying glass icon with the “P” badge on the top left allows users to search for violations using a violator ID or violation number.Uuseful when paying on behalf of someone else

Search Form

Users are prompted to enter the violator ID or violation number, with an option to auto-fill the violator ID for faster lookup

Confirmation Page

Before proceeding with payment, users are shown a confirmation page summarizing the selected violation details and total amount

Success Screen

Confirms that the selected traffic violation(s) have been paid successfully through Urpay
